The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights observed the arrival of the families of tens of foreigner members in the ranks the “Islamic State” from the cities Jarablos and Manbej in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, to the city of Al-Raqqah the main stronghold for the “Islamic State” in Syria, the Observatory’s activists also learned that some other families have been transferred to other areas controlled by the organization in the countryside of Deir Ezzor.
