Syrian rebels, backed by Turkey, have retaken control of Jarablus from Islamic State, a rebel group claims.
“The town of Jarablus has been fully liberated from the gangs of terrorist Daesh,” the rebel Sham legion says in an online statement, using an Arabic acronym for Islamic State.
