A group of foreign volunteer fighters have arrived at the frontline in Afrin to fight alongside the Syrian Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) against Turkish army, like reported by basnews.com.
“The members of the International Brigade of YPG fighters have arrived at the front lines in Afrin,” the YPG said on Sunday.
“The attack by the Turkish state against Afrin is contrary to all international human rights instruments and laws.”
The foreign fighters are mostly veterans from the US or UK.
