A Takfiri cell, composed of 7 individuals who pledged allegiance to terrorist group Daesh, was dismantled, the Ministry of the Interior said in a statement Sunday.
Members of this group, all from the governorate of Kebili, were planning to join Daesh in Libya, added the source.
The statement said the operation was carried out through coordination between units of the National Guard of the districts of National Guard in Gabes and Kebili, in the context of monitoring Takfiris trying to join terrorist groups in hotbeds of tension.
