Four terrorists were killed and several others wounded after clashes between a military unit and a group of terrorists holed up in Mount Sammema.
National Defence Ministry’s Spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Belhassan Oueslati said no casualties or damage were reported among servicemen.
“Electronic equipment and some food were seized by the army, besides the destruction of a vehicle used by terrorists in their travel in the region,” he told TAP.
“The perimeters of Mount Sammena were closed and terrorists’ tracking continues, in collaboration with the home security forces,” he added.
