About 200 ISIS jihadists are surrounded in districts 1 and 3 of the Libyan town of Sirte, following the taking of district 2 on Wednesday by pro-unity government forces, said Col. Ismail Shukri, head of military intelligence in Misurata, on CNN.
“They can’t escape and they’re ready to fight to the last bullet,” Shukri said.
“They had the chance to leave the city, but now they’re surrounded”.
