The Tunisian-Chinese Co-operation in the military field was the focus of a meeting, on Tuesday, between Minister of National Defence Farhat Horchani and ambassador of China in Tunis Bian-Yanhua.
The two officials underlined the need to “develop bilateral co-operation in the military field,” highlighting the two countries’ will to create a joint Tunisian-Chinese military committee, a statement of the Ministry indicates.
During the talk, Horchani highlighted the importance of teaching foreign languages in the language laboratories of the military institutions, including the Chinese language, to energise co-operation ties with the friendly countries.
