Sixteen (16) quintals of explosives have been discovered by elements of the People’s National Army (ANP) in Sidi Daoud, the National Defence Ministry announced Monday in a statement.
“As part of counterterrorism and after exploiting information, a detachment of the ANP under the operational area of Boumerdes/1st Region military discovered Monday 30 November 2015 evening sixteen quintals of explosives in the region of Sidi Daoud and the operation is still underway,” the source added.
