The Afghan Special Forces killed 7 Taliban militants during an operation in Helmand, like reported by khaama.com.
The informed military sources said Tuesday that the Special Forces conducted the operation in Sangin district of Helmand.
The sources further added that the Specials also destroyed a weapons cache during the same operation.
Furthermore, the Special Forces destroyed 24 Improvised Explosive Devices, 15 pounds of homemade explosives and a Rocket Propelled Grenade.
The anti-government armed elements have not commented regarding the operation so far.
