A 15-member group of suicide attackers was killed when the explosives-laden car they were in went off in northern Kunduz province, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said on Monday according to pajhwok.com.
A statement from the MoI to Pajhwok Afghan News said the incident occurred in Chaghar village of Imam Sahib district on Sunday night.
The group was planning to carry out a car suicide bombing in Kunduz city, the provincial capital, the statement said.
