The Ministry of Interior of Afghanistan (MoI) on Friday said in a statement that the special units of Afghan National Police (ANP) arrested a key Al-Qaeda financial facilitator in the suburbs of Khogyani district of the eastern province of Nangarhar.
The MoI stated that the terrorist was arrested during a special operation and he is a Pakistan national.
Another terrorist has been eliminated during the operation, the MoI said.
