A total of 17 people were killed and 16 others injured in clashes between two rival tribes in the southern Libyan city Ubari, local sources said on Wednesday.
“The clashes between the tribes of Tuareg and Tabu has killed 17 people and injured 16 others from Monday to Tuesday,” an official from the Ubari Municipal Council told
